The queen of music, Taylor Swift
, is not among the ones to sit out a good award show. During her Eras Tour, the diva was busy touring the globe and making the world rhyme along with her. But even in the middle of her jam-packed schedule, she still managed to attend all the prestigious music awards. But this year, there has been a shift in the wind. Owing to some personal life conflicts, the pop royalty is seen very little and has only attended a handful of music ceremonies.
Though next on the awards list, the American Music Awards are calling, but will Taylor Swift answer?
Living away from spotlight will Taylor Swift grace the AMAs 2025?
For this year, the AMAs are scheduled on May 26, which just happens to be a handful of days away, and adding fuel to the fire of Taylor Swift speculation, they had a special message for all the Swifties. On Wednesday, the AMAs wrote on X, “Who’s going to tell 2008 @taylorswift13 that she’d one day hold the title for most #AMAs wins in history?? (40 wins!!!).”
This message, along with her major nominations for this year, hints that the pop royalty might grace the event.

This year, Swift has six nominations at the AMAs, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Favorite Touring Artist, Favorite Female Pop Artist, and Favorite Pop Album.
Moreover, the event is returning after a two-year hiatus. Back then, Swift took part in the event and took home all six big wins for that year. The previous win has also raised fans’ expectations that Swift might grace the event, even if just for the sake of winning, and hopefully with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Almost half of the year has flown past since Taylor Swift was rumored to attend many famous events along with her boyfriend, but the end result was disappointing.

At the beginning of the year, fans were hoping to see Taylor Swift at the Academy Awards. However, since the Eras Tour concert film did not qualify for an Oscar, the chances of her attending as a guest or performer this year decreased and resulted in a no-show. A similar thing happened for this month’s Kentucky Derby. Since Travis Kelce has attended the event in the past, chances were high that the couple might make their horse racing event debut in 2025. But again, neither Taylor Swift arrived holding hands with her beau, nor did Travis Kelce make a solo appearance like last time. Plus, they were also missing at the Met Gala

Lately, the couple had traded spotlight for privacy, and fans think that it is about time for them to make an official red-carpet appearance. The lovebirds have been within two meters of each other for the past year, with Swift pulling up with show-stopping outfits at his games; it is time that Travis Kelce returns the favor. With the AMAs rolling in, fans are hoping that Swift finally makes the long-awaited red-carpet debut with her boyfriend.
