Taylor Swift and her longtime fight for her master recordings has finally come to an end. And Swifties? They could not be any happier. But besides the pop star and her pop up gang of followers, someone who has been over the moon about Swift’s win is her NFL boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Days ago, when the door of opportunity first flung ajar about the possibility of reclaiming her master recordings, the world took the cue.

Now that the Swift headquarters light up in celebrations, Kelce’s loud yet subtle support for her triumph has the Internet smitten.

On May 30, Friday, Taylor Swift took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos with her albums, ‘Taylor Swift,’ ‘Fearless,’ ‘Speak Now,’ ‘Red,’ ‘1989,’ and ‘Reputation.’ She announced that she has finally bought the masters for her first six albums. As netizens turned into well-wishers and congratulated Swift on the win, Travis Kelce sneaked in with his support by liking Swift’s post, announcing the news on Instagram.

Swift captioned her post, teasing a “letter

” on her website. The self-made billionaire’s website homepage features a digitized handwritten-style letter announcing the news of the day.

“All of the music I’ve ever made now belongs… to me,”

she wrote alongside the music videos, concert films, album art, photography, the unreleased songs, and of course, every single of the Swift era.

In the handwritten-style letter shared on Taylor Swift’s website, she finally addressed the whereabouts of ‘Reputation (Taylor’s Version).’ “I haven’t even re-recorded a quarter of it,”

she confessed. According to Swift, ‘Reputation’ belonged to a very specific time in her life when hatred, vengeance, and loathing were on top of her mind. But she has struggled to remake it since she “kept hitting a stopping point.” 

Swift went ahead to admit that it was one of those albums she could not improve by redoing it. This is why she always kept pushing it back. She promised an eventual release of the unreleased vault tracks from ‘Reputation’ and also revealed having re-recorded her debut album entirely. Swift weighed in on the potential re-emerging of those two albums, clarifying that this time, “it won’t be from a place of sadness or longing for what I wish I could have. It will just be a celebration now.”
