Netflix’s safe vault is home to movies and series going back many decades. But at times, even this giant, world-leading platform finds it hard to store all the entertainment at once. Every month, Netflix performs a storage cleanup due to expiring licensing agreements with production studios and distributors, which causes some titles to be removed abruptly. And for this June, the platform is mercilessly removing the fan favorite and cult-establishing trilogy, directed by Christopher Nolan.
When released, the three movies transcended the genre and elevated the status of the superhero following to new heights among the fans.

Christopher Nolan, who served as the director and was deeply involved, earned praise from all quarters for the complex storytelling, which he paired with intense action, while focusing on exploring moral ambiguity.
