This year has been full of highs for A$AP Rocky. Just a month ago, he and his partner, Rihanna, stole the spotlight with their third pregnancy at the Met Gala. Then he has a fourth studio album, ‘Don’t Be Dumb,’ lined up for a release this year. He has got his hands full, but despite a busy schedule and work commitment, the singer does not forget to troll his special friend from the music industry, Tyler, The Creator.
Sharing a deep bond of friendship and collaboration, A$AP Rocky found a hilarious way to troll Tyler, The Creator in a special interview.

Last month, A$AP Rocky sat down for an exclusive segment with Variety
in which he selected things that are New York or not New York. When the choice came for Tyler, The Creator, Rocky had the funniest response, answering, “You know that man is not from New York.”
Then he added after a small laugh,
“You know Tyler is a piece of sh–. He play too f—— much… It’s like the annoying little brother.”

A$AP Rocky even trolled his friend, saying that he could not wait to tell The Creator “how much a piece of s— he is.”
Then, quickly making good and putting in some good words, Rocky added, “I love that dude. It’s my brother right there.”
Fans of the two already know that they share a deep bond and have collaborated on multiple projects, but it only came after an initial rift.

The lasting bond between the two artists has gone through a testing time of initial clashes due to the rivalry between their respective crews.
The journey of turning from foes to best of friends
During the early 2010s, A$AP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator, as well as their respective crews, reportedly had bad blood between them. The tension between their crews spiked up in 2011 when The Creator made an online comment about a video directed by Rocky, saying, “The term ‘video director is thrown around very loosely nowadays’.”
During his turn, Rocky replied with, “He has his opinions, and he’s entitled to them, so it’s whatever,”
in a 2013 interview with Life + Times, but not long after, the two buried the hatchet and shook hands.

Soon after patching things up, the two have collaborated on tracks like ‘See You Again’, ‘Potato Salad’, and many more. Then in 2019, when A$AP Rocky presented his friend with a prestigious honor at the Magazine 2019 Innovator Awards, he even admitted to their former clash. But was full of praise for him and admitted, “He’s one of my inspirations.”
And Rocky, who has just teased a movie with Rihanna
after the third pregnancy reveal, continues that love and respect for Tyler, The Creator, but also seizes the opportunity to pull his leg.
