From romance to comedy, the 90s were filled with many classic movies that saw many unexpected actors pair up and set the screen on fire with their sizzling chemistry. And one of them was Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves. The industry veterans and one of the top names in Hollywood came together in 1994 for the action-thriller Speed
, and the world was left craving more. Better late than never; the fans’ prayers have been answered, and the two have been brought together for a project.
The former co-stars will be finally joining hands for an upcoming romantic thriller. Here is what we have learned so far.
Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves to be seen together in upcoming romance flick
The recently announced romantic thriller starring Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves will be made by Amazon, MGM Studios confirmed through The Hollywood Reporter
. Though the name and plot details of this movie are currently under wraps, the studio has called the project “propulsive.”
Both actors will also be wearing production hats as Bullock is producing through Fortis Films, and Reeves, along with Mark Gordon and Bibby Dunn, is producing through The Mark Gordon Company.

Other than them, Noah Oppenheim, who will be serving as the screenwriter, will also be producing with Sarah Bremner through Prologue Entertainment. Mark Gordon and Oppenheim first came up with the movie’s idea and conveyed it to Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, who also joined in its development. This will be the actors and Gordon’s third collaboration after the 2006 fantasy romance film, The Lake House.

Sandra Bullock shared on the show in 2019 that she thinks about how sweet Keanu how handsome Reeves was. “It was hard. It really was hard for me to really be serious. He would look at me, and I’d start giggling.”
