The Last of Us’ Bella Ramsey reacts to Pedro Pascal’s heartfelt remarks
On a recent episode of Capital Buzz’s Portrait Mode, Bella Ramsey was just
answering her Q&A spree when the host let her in on a little something straight from the world of The Last of Us.
Speaking of the bond she shares with Pedro Pascal, he revealed the actor believes she is a “blessing”
in his life. Completely swept, Ramsay went into a mini “aww
” mode before gushing with her response, “Isn’t that nice?”
“I call her ‘Bellie’, and she’s my blessing. It was just a match made in heaven and I love her.”

The host then asked Ramsey how it feels going from working with Pascal throughout season 1 to being separated in the next season after the heartbreaking events of episode 2. “It was quite sad, not going to lie,”
she said with a pause. Stressing on his “blessing
” remark, Ramsey added she feels the same way about him. For Ramsey, there would be no Last of Us without Pascal, even literally, because “what would the show have even been?”

While The Last of Us
has a showbiz destiny that does not favor Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey on-screen, she ensured that no matter what happens, it is not the last of them.

During her recent appearance on Capital Buzz’s Portrait Mode, Bella Ramsey struggled with the color theory for some time. Yet, when the topic landed on her The Last of Us
co-star, Pedro Pascal, her face lit up with all the colors of appreciation. Although what The Last of Us
had in store for them was upsetting, she said, “We are still best buds when we’re not working.”

Ramsey could not stop extolling Pascal. However, she still had one complaint she could not get over. “I never see him. He’s always far too busy,”
she explained. Despite his busy schedule, she came back at square one, highlighting just how saddening the journey was to let go of her best “scene partner.”
Although
season 2 on HBO/Max
summoned a fate too unfortunate, Ramsey and Pascal forged a connection untethered by scripts; a bond not even an apocalypse could sever.
