On May 16, Jenna Ortega is arriving on screens with Hurry Up Tomorrow
, and for this upcoming project, she has collaborated with famous musician The Weeknd. Recently, the two featured in an exclusive piece for V Magazine
in which they took each other’s interviews. When the singer asked Ortega if she was working on something that is original, the actress revealed her plans of directing a script she has kept for a long time. “I have a script that I’ve known that I was going to make for almost 10 years.”

Adding more to it, Jenna Ortega shared that she finds it weird because it is something that she thought of when she was younger and started out in acting, and it is only now that she is actually starting to take the steps to bring it to life. Ortega shared that she is learning how to produce, and being a part of other big projects has taught her so much about it. She understands that there is so much that goes on behind the scenes that she was not aware of. Now she is putting the puzzle pieces together in her head.
