Last year, Taylor Swift was seen attending Coachella with her boyfriend Travis Kelce, which made people think that she might appear again this year. But instead, this time, she chose privacy over music festival attendance. Given the recent diabolical happenings in her life, Swift is maintaining a low-key presence and is focusing on private time with Kelce and also on her music. Fans who were hoping for a grand performance by Taylor Swift, similar to what she is in the habit of delivering at the Eras Tour, were once again disappointed to learn that Swift did not make an appearance at Coachella.

And unfortunately, this is not the first letdown, the singer has never performed at the event in her 19-year-long career. It is also speculated that Swift never performs at Coachella intentionally to avoid being overshadowed by other stars, which maintains her mystique. While Taylor Swift marks her absence at the event, the party scene was lit with other top artists at the Coachella Valley.

Like every year, this April too, thousands of people, influencers, and celebrities gathered to be serenaded by the charged performances of their favorite artists. While the powerhouse of performance, Lady Gaga, performed through a microphone glitch with the help of a handheld mic, BLACKPINK’s Jennie gave an emotional message to her mother. While Taylor Swift might not be there, her ‘Fortnight’ co-star Post Malone was there to close the second and final weekend of the event with his all-time hits and country mixes.
