The Anyone But You
co-stars Sydney Sweeney
and Glenn Powell have been playing around their romantic ploy from reel to real for sure but have strictly labeled it to be a marketing strategy. But do marketing strategies now account for somebody’s new musical career as well? One will not know for sure until faced by one Sydney Sweeney with the world’s sass in her voice and with Tate McRae in search for that very sassy voice.
With the stars aligning for the two to barter as aptly as they can, the worlds of McRae and Sweeney have collided to create a markedly iconic sound of their own, and said world is not devoid of Glen Powell.
Sydney Sweeney being So Close to What now?
Tate McRae’s third studio album, ‘So Close To What’ is set to make a poop-culture shifting statement once Sydney Sweeney’s voice bleeds through earplugs in her sultriest of voices in McRae’s opening single of the album ‘Miss Possessive’. The pop track stays true to its name since the first millisecond with Sweeney opening the track with a sinisterly drawled popular dialogue
“no seriously, get your hands off my man”.
However, Sweeney and McRae could not have gotten too close to anything if it was not for Glen Powell who through his graceful pilates arms served as the bridging gap between the two, as per Tate McRae’s revelation to Jimmy Fallon
.
Tate McRae reveals to Jimmy Fallon that Glen Powell played a pivotal part in getting Sydney Sweeney on her song, “Miss possessive”:
“[Sydney and I] kind of knew each other, waved, and said ‘hi’ [in passing at your show]. And then, Glen Powell, who I do Pilates with sometimes,… pic.twitter.com/zSaNJBH4Ku

The rising-star pop singer revealed on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon,
“Glen Powell, who i do Pilates with sometimes
“, which thanks to his extra cozy bond with The White Lotus
actress translated into not being close, but being a masterpiece track itself. “Sydney was such a legend”
she goes on to say, sharing how excited the actress had been to play her part on the song, even on a notice as short as only three days before the album’s dropping.
With the twenty-one year old singer already on her third proper studio album, she has enough going on around her that is going to be considered and spoke of as lore to her fans that are yet to come, and no less.
