It has been proved over and over again that this is a Taylor Swift
world, and we are just living in it. The global wave-making songstress has long enchanted fans worldwide to dance to her tunes through her music and her tours. Her huge fandom comprises so many influential figures that it is hard to keep track. While her Eras Tour was graced with numerous celebrities, outside of it, Hollywood stars and their children cannot get enough of Swift and her charisma. And Tinseltown’s heartthrob, George Clooney, happens to be a stable name on this list.
George Clooney has recently given a special shout-out to Taylor Swift, though this time the biggest admirer is not the actor but his children.
George Clooney confirms his children’s status as cute Swifties
On Sunday, June 8, George Clooney attended the 2025 Tony Awards, where he was nominated for his first Tony Award, for Best Actor in a Play for Good Night and Good Luck. On the red carpet during an interview with E! News,
he shared that his children were not aware of who his famous friends were, but they happen to be fans of Taylor Swift. The actor shared. “They want to see Taylor Swift.”
According to Clooney, the funniest part is that they are not familiar with other key figures. For example, when Robert DeNiro visits their house, “they’re like, ‘Who’s that?’ They don’t care.”
George Clooney has two children, 8-year-old twins Ella and Alexander Clooney, with his wife, Amal Alamuddin Clooney. The actor also gushed about his children’s admiration for Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande in Wicked
and expressed that they are awaiting the sequel. Though Clooney lost his big Tony nomination to Cole Escola for Oh, Mary!, he has no shortage of admiration for other artists, especially Taylor Swift.
