Are Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith members of Scientology?

Will Smith’s denial of his links to Scientology stands true to date. However, after the release of Worthy, doubts were inevitably raised regarding Jada Pinkett Smith’s stance. According to her, her defiance of stigma surrounding Scientology stems from her Sunday experiences at the Ethical Society and through her Christian, Islamic, Judaic, Buddhist, and Sufi studies in adulthood. Yet, despite borrowing Scientology’s teaching methods, she never became a member.

“My goal was to embrace the Basic Study Manual to educate myself about a method of learning,”

she continued. Pinkett Smith believes Study Technology intends for a student to “achieve 100 percent proficiency with a subject.”

In her book, another link was revealed with Scientology with Narconon—a program under the subject to help people fight against addictions. She reportedly put her father through that following a relapse.
