Olivia Wilde’s upcoming
date-night comedy inspired by the Spanish flick Sentimental, has assembled a star-studded ensemble. Seth Rogen, Penélope Cruz, and Edward Norton have joined the cast and will appear in the film alongside Wilde herself.
The original film was directed by Cesc G–, which Rashida Jones and Will McCormack adapted.

Producers for The Invite
include FilmNation Entertainment’s Ben Browning, Annapurna Pictures’ Megan Ellison, and David Permut. FilmNation Entertainment and Annapurna Pictures will co-finance The Invite
. Patrick Chu, Annapurna Head of Film and Television, will executive produce the upcoming project. FilmNation Entertainment will additionally co-represent domestic rights with UTA Independent Film Group and oversee international sales.
