, known well for guiding athletes and performers towards rigorous physical activity. Cavill has, however, shared a few details about his routine here and there,

one instance being where he reveals performing the 100 repetitions for front squats in body weight, amongst other kinds of 100 repetitions centering around heaviness. A lesser-known secret to Henry Cavill’s regime, however, is the practice of fasted cardio before starting any day. Mornings with cardio, ingesting runs, jogs, walks before consumptions of any manner of food. The actor revealed to Men’s Health back in 2019
