Wednesday Addams has pawed out her comfortable spot in the hearts of cinephiles, fashionistas and a regular pass-byers, alike. Not only with her gothic, mysterious, macabre appeal, but with the wide-eyed innocence of being a teenager experiencing the violence of kindness through love and friendship for the very first time, as well. The character’s evolution through performances as iconic as Christina Ricci’s has cemented her status as a cultural icon, not to be uprooted any time soon.
