They have all made it pretty clear that they still feel a strong connection to the show, which has reignited questions about their potential return to the franchise with the upcoming spin-off. Suits: L.A.
will be set in the same universe as its beloved predecessor and is expected to feature a new cast of characters. However, one popular OG character is back—Harvey Specter, played by Gabriel Macht.

Rafferty, who brought Donna Paulsen—the incomparable legal secretary—to life on Suits
for nine seasons, spoke to E! News about the possibility of her character appearing in the new spin-off. She clearly stated, “If Donna is needed, I’m happy to put the shoes on
.” Her potential return would not just be a nostalgic nod for fans. It could mean much more than that.
Bringing Donna and Harvey back together could give the franchise a chance to make up for shortchanging fans of this beautiful love story.
Why does the Suits franchise need a Darvey reunion?
From the very first episode of Suits,
Donna and Harvey have been inseparable. Time and again, they proved they could not do without each other—at least professionally. But fans never truly got to see Donna and Harvey navigating married life. Despite being close confidants and colleagues for most of the series, their romantic relationship only got proper focus in the later seasons, unlike the romance of Meghan Markle and Patrick J Adams
